1. When the buyer proposes a "7-day return" to the seller, the seller needs to respond positively and actively negotiate
2. The buyer can initiate a "7-day return" request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package (calculated from 0:00 on the second day after the logistics tracking is received, and 168 hours is 7 days)
3. The "7-day return" request amount is only limited to the actual purchase price paid by the buyer
Consumer notice
1. The returned products shall not affect its resalable condition.
2. The principle of postage bearing for the "7-day return" service initiated by the buyer: shipping disputes in the transaction shall be handled according to the principle of "whoever is at fault, who bears". "7-day return without reason" shipping shall be paid by the buyer.
Supported categories, processing procedures and conditions
The conditions for requesting the "7 days return without reason" service:
1. The proposed product needs to be within the scope of product categories that support "7 days return without reason". For the "7 days return without reason" product categories, please refer to the "Seven Days Return Without Reason" Service Commodity Category Classification. The "7 days return without reason" service based on the product category was officially launched on December 12, 2016, and the specific agreement is subject to the product service label
2. The buyer initiates a request within seven days from the date of receipt of the package (calculated from 0:00 on the second day after receipt of the logistics, 168 hours is 7 days); the buyer has asked the seller to provide "seven days without reason return" within seven days is rejected by the seller, or the seller cannot be contacted, or the seller interrupts its operation or service;
3. The buyer's request conforms to the relevant laws and regulations in form;
4. The request amount is only limited to the actual purchase price paid by the buyer;
5. The buyer submits a request for the service of "Seven Days Return Without Reason", and the products must be in good condition and resalable;
The request process of the "Seven Days Return Without Reason" service:
1. On the premise that the above request conditions are met, the buyer can initiate a request for the "Seven Days Return Without Reason" service to the seller through the "Return" button on the [My Account]-[My Order] page ;
After receiving the buyer's request, WTuan has the right to require both parties to provide necessary proofs, and to confirm and determine according to the coordination situation;
When WTuan determines that the buyer's request is established in accordance with relevant policies, it has the right to directly deduct the corresponding amount from the seller's account and pay the buyer in advance.
Warm reminder: For merchants with non-commodity quality issues, shipping will be borne by both parties separately
Seller’s obligations and handling of violations:
1. If the products released by the seller are in the category of supporting the "Seven Days Return Without Reason" service, they must provide after-sales service and strictly abide by it;
2. If the buyer asks the seller to return the products within 7 days, the seller needs to respond positively, and actively negotiate, and provide relevant proofs according to the WTuan.com purchase requirements, in order to voluntarily and amicably complete a return and refund agreement between the two parties;
3. When WTuan determines that the seller has not performed its "Seven Days Return Without Reason" service, it is deemed as a violation of the seller's policy, and WTuan has the right to impose corresponding penalties on the seller. .
4. The seller needs to refund to the buyer within seven days from the date of receiving the buyer's return. If the refund is not made on time, WTuan has the right to directly refund to the buyer.

2. Buyer's responsibility (dislike/inappropriate, etc.), the buyer bears the round-trip shipping; if the product is the seller's free shipping product, the buyer only needs to bear the return shipping fee.
3. If there is an unclear agreement in the transaction, the WTuan cannot determine who is responsible. The transaction will be processed for the return and refund, the shipping cost shall be borne by the seller, and the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
