Merchants can choose to ship from the official websites of USPS.com, Fedex.com and UPS.com. The official websites can directly pay and then print the label and paste it on the outside of the package. Next, you can choose to deliver it to your local fedex, USPS or UPS post office by yourself, or you can choose to have them pick up the packages at your door. USPS pick-up is free, Fedex and UPS pick-up need to pay. WTuan.com recommends merchants to use USPS for small packages with low value, Fedex for large packages, and UPS for large packages with high value, unless the customer specifically asks the merchant to send a faster service of a certain express.
