退换货及投诉

所有商家均已签订《正品保障协议》,并对售出商品执行如下退换货服务规定:

如出现质量问题或者商家发错商品等等,请在【我的账户】-【我的订单】页面通过"没收到货/货有问题"通道向卖家发起,或直接联系商家。
If there is quality problems or wrong commodity etc., please contact the merchant directly.
如出现假货商品或投诉卖家,请填写以下表格或联系我们的微信公众号客服提交投诉,我们会核实后对商家进行处罚。
If there is problem with authenticity or report a seller, please contact us use the form shows below.
发团购卷形式的团购商品不适用于无理由退款,除非商家明确标签标明“过期退”、“随时退”,不然不可以申请退款。
All group-buying tickets are not eligible for no reason return policy, unless the products are with clear label such as "free return for expired ticket", "return any time"
